My First Reaction

My First general reaction to the novel was how drastically different it was from the movie " Journey to the Center of the Earth". I went into the reading thinking it would be the same as the movie plot. I was very impressed with how the book told the actual storyline of the journey to the center of the earth. it was by far the most adventurous novel I  have read throughout this course.  Overall, the novel is about a professor and his nephew and an Icelandic guide. Although the movie is based off the novel it is drastically different from the actual novel.
